Behind the Work
Not every meaningful contribution results in a standalone course or flagship project. Some of the work I'm most interested in happens around the learning experience itself: improving workflows, supporting teammates, exploring new tools, and making learning systems easier to navigate. These explorations represent ideas, prototypes, and practical solutions that shaped how I approached instructional design throughout my time at ESET.
Supporting Designers
A small project focused on helping others succeed. This resource was created to improve onboarding, provide structure for new team members, and make it easier to navigate the first weeks in a new instructional design role.
Improving Design Practice
Explorations focused on making the instructional design process more efficient. These artifacts capture research, workflow mapping, and early AI-assisted process ideas intended to reduce repetitive work and create more time for analysis, collaboration, and design.
Extending the Learning Experience
Learning extends beyond the course itself. These examples highlight work supporting learner access, certification demonstrations, and LMS experiences that helped learners engage with training before instruction even began.
